have a question po mga riding / driving experts... heres the scenario knina umaga... i was cruising at around 55-60 kph on the highway... a female college student hurriedly crossed the street... she was halfway thru the street and stopped in the middle of the lane i was on... i had to stop since she hesitated and i knew i could have run her over with my raider... due to the inertia caused by braking, i lost control of the bike for a few seconds, and my bike swerved a bit to the left... since i was too focused on holding down the brakes, i didnt see on my left side mirror, another bike was speeding towards me... he hit my side mirror, fortunately it didnt fall off or break... he then stopped in front of the crossing student, looked behind, looked right at me and shook his head as if in disappointment of my driving skills... i need opinions po... who was on the wrong side of the law? according to the seminar i attended before getting my drivers license, drivers should always give way to a pedestrian, hence the reason i stopped instead of speeding right through the girl and avoiding her and the rest of the traffic... the other driver was simply in such a hurry that he barely wanted to stop... he only stopped because i stopped and the others too... honestly, muntik na sumabog ung blood pressure ko at pinipigilan ko sarili kong bumaba para suntukin ang gagong yun! salamat po sa time... salamat in advance sa mga opinions, reactions, and advice... ^_^
