Dear Students, We have the opportunity to organize a culinary challenge in cooperation with Atelier des Chefs. The idea will be for those of you who wish to participate, to work in teams in a fully equipped professional kitchen, under the supervision of an English speaking Master Chef, and to prepare a meal, which you later enjoy. We conducted this event last year, and received great feedback from our students : it is a fun experience, an interesting management lesson, and a nice way to learn a few cooking tips. This will be organized on a Friday in November after class (around 6 pm). Depending on how many students wish to participate, several dates will be proposed. The cost per person is 100 Euros. Your school will pay half of the individual fee, meaning you will need to pay 50• to join. Please help me in organizing this : - have someone in your class prepare an excel spreadhseet lisiting the first and lastnames and class number of those wishing to participate - send it to me by email before October 21st Depending on the number I get, I will come back to you as quickly as possible on the date (s) and we will organize payment collection with the school administration.
