hello everyone, hows everyone doing today? hope all is well. today is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 :) i still havent been able to weigh myself, but progress is still happening :) my limbs have shrunk, and im starting to have more energy. i can hardly wait till this time next year, i will be running and hiking. for most of my life, i was burdened by this weight. but i am slowly losing my armor. i subconsciously put the weight on due to me being molested, and beaten at a young age. i put it on cause no one wants to molest a fat person. i also put it on cause it dont hurt as much when being struck by a drunken abusive father. but now those times are gone, and im making peace with my past. i forgive those who harmed me. for now i see just who i am. i am a big man with a big heart, i care and love everyone. all the bad things that happened in my life time, was a test of will. the will to live. many times in my past i contemplated killing myself, due to the fact all i knew was pain and sorrow. but even that has faded away. and all i know now is love and support. i feel i truly came along way in self healing. and now i shed my healing light and energy on others who are in the same place. never give up on yourself people, for every storm has a rainbow that follows. just like every dark night has a bright morning that follows. so know that times will get better, and that hurt you carry around inside will also heal. for we are truly greater than we know, but it is up to you to see that. that is why the bad things happen to us in life. to show us our courage and inner strength. so that we may rise and ascend to the next level. so never give up, and believe in yourself. for one day that storm will end and you will see the rainbow at the end of the storm. so always keep good thoughts and love in your heart. and we will heal and move forward into a new time and day. filled with truth, love, and brotherhood. well much love to yous all...konara:kowa
