/her clan. A colonel is responsible for running one XRG clan, overseeing all aspects of his/her clan, as well as helping other clans when needed. Colonels will be responsible for updating his/her clan list and encouraging all members to utilize not just the clan’s forum but the entire communities as well. The Colonel must ensure through his officers that all members have read and are playing by the Honor Code. In addition, the Colonel is expected to make sure through his officers all clan members are familiar with the rank structure and know who the leaders are in the community. A colonel will only report big issues higher through the chain of command any smaller issues should be handled without going higher than colonel.
