here is the recepie: I would boil the arbi first. I like to do that in a microwave so that i can keep checking that i dont completly boil it mean they have to retain a shape it should not be mushed....so depeneding on how much you jave it will take 20 to 3 minutes! then you peel it off...put oil on you hands and gently press it down,,,you dont have to make it round or anything ,,,just gently press it down....then in a pan...put oil..put jeera, lots of ajwain, small mustard seeds and lot of hing!! after3 minutes put you arbi and saute it...and turn in like 7 minutes,,,saute it..and sprinle some slat while cooking...in midway stage add curry leaves and green chilli...try tossing any piece that you feel more cooking but very light hand so that you are not breaking it...when they are done...put red chilli powder, amchur . garam masla and corrianer powder:) let me know how it turns out:) Thank you for liking it!
