heres a nice sample of Trielement that will be playing friday at 10p.m. at Mystic Valley Fest!!!Trielement is an instrumental trio fusing rock, blues, jazz, and funk into an eclectic soup of sounds. The band goes back to 2007 where Kenneth Booth (guitar) and Dave Roberts (drums) met at a book store to discuss forming a band. Later, the two would go on to put out a solo album under Kenny’s name, called “Spectrum”. In 2009, the band became a trio with the groove-oriented and creative, Joey Lafferty, on bass. Trielement has been building their musical resume ever since. They opened for international band, “The Aristocrats” (Guthrie Govan, Bryan Beller, Marco Minnemann) in 2013, and Nashville bassist and composer, Sean OBryan Smith, in 2014. Trielement has been described as having a “highly entertaining live show”, “instrumental music that keeps your attention”, and as a “tightly ran progressive trio.” Trielement is preparing for a whole string of shows for the summer and fall of 2014.
