heres a thought... when you go out to eat or have your car fixed or just about anything else you have to pay for, speak up when youre not feeling like that everything isnt the way it should be.. no one knows what youre thinking unless you speak up.. most businesses who want to make you happy will appreciate the comments. good or bad.. since we in the service industry have to deal with ; rude people, crying babies, complaints to try and gain a freebee, the lack of being tipped, blamed for things we cant control, door slammers, graffiti clowns making up our stuff, things being stolen on regular basis, and then having to see complaints on a social media that could likely have been handled on the spot, please be aware that some comments are taken to heart that are also sometimes, very unfair to the business being targeted... so BEFORE you make a well informed comment about a business, be sure you have taken the option of voicing your opinion to the company itself.. if youre not satisfied with your outcome, by all means , BLAST EM ! 95 % OF US WORK FOR SOMEONE else or, are being paid by a company.. everyone deserves a fair shake at being correct or allowed to correct an issue before they are assumed to be lousy... at the shack, we WANT TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE.. GOOD OR BAD... THATS HOW WE IMPROVE OR FIX WHAT EVER IT WAS THAT YOU WERNT HAPPY WITH..... if we had the option to pick and choose our customers, i think we all know where that would go..... no bueno... for anyone.... its great to meet new people, see new faces and see them happy coming in as well as going out.... we all deserve that chance... thanks for reading my babblings... jack
