hey facebook family i just got out the hospital today i have this muscle disease it effects me when i lift anything heavy. i started a new job last week it consist of moving things i had to quit because if i continued my kidney;s will cease on me .the doctor told me that i can;t lift weight;s do.push ups or pull ups and anybody who knows me they know i loved to work out but through it all i;m still blessed i thank my lovely wife for being there she;s my strength and my prayer partner.amen
