hey friends and family I am alive. not in much pain just pretty uncomfortable. only thing that really hurts is the mark on my belly button. been sleeping most of the day and will probably sleep for the rest of the night just up to see the girls and get something to nibble on. everything went great. the staff was amazing. Im glad it is finally out and I wont be in pain anymore. now to rest and recover.
