hi Team, First of all, THANK YOU so much for all your prayers this week ( and ALWAYS hehe ;) ) It has been a very difficult for me as a mother putting my Maddy girl back out into the big bad world. At the same time, today I had this ease wash over me and it made me realize. I should be grateful that she GETS to go back out there! We are not stuck behind the glass in the hospital and even worse she has not been taken from us. I look around at all the families I love that are traveling this road and I should be grateful Maddy is alive and well. With that said, less than 3 months ago Dr.s werent sure is she was going to make it! Now im supposed to let her go to school!??? sigggh We have made it through 2 days now and she is sooooo happy to be back there! And I havent passed out from nerves so we are DOING GOOD!!! Every Thursday she has to take 7 Methotrexate pills, so I hope and pray that she is feeling ok tomorrow. Last Friday after taking them she was sick to her stomach and extremely tired! Also, next week my girl will have to have 2 tests done on her to see the extend of damage the chemo, seizures and infection caused in her brain. She will have an MRI and EEG. I ask that you please pray for her during those!
