Who dodge responsibility while insisting they are pulling their weight. Whom ignore the evidence, distort or lie to make their version of reality seem logical. Whom withhold information to support hidden agendas. Who cant take criticism and makes excuses to get themselves off the hook when confronted about their inability to live up to their promises, obligations or responsibilities. When they dont follow through, they accuse others of having the problem so they dont have to own it..
