horrified... just read about someone who incredibly stupidly got distracted with errands before work and forgot to drop is son off at daycare... on his way home he discovered his mistake and the consequence there of, his son died in the back of his car. such a lapse in attention will give him a life long guilt and a justifiable child neglect and manslaughter charges. far worse, the courts are charging him with murder (intentional killing) and despite the mother of the child and all who knew him believing it was accidental, people seem incapable of believing that. the event is horrific enough to make even this heartless vulcan sick, but how eager GOOD people are to judge beyond the facts is makes me think even my extremely low faith in humanity might be too high.
