Learn about the political and economic circumstances in Ireland that led many McCormicks to leave home in search of a better life in America. (Hunger Memorial address: 290 Vesey St, NY, NY 10285). 3. Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Immigration Museum 11:00 AM - Together the Clan will travel by ferry to the Statue of Liberty, then afterwards experience a guided group tour of the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, where many of our McCormick ancestors became Americans. 4.
