https://youtube/watch?v=1tXafvMDoWg I would absolutely LOVE for the pre-tribulation rapture position to be true (the belief that Jesus will secretly and suddenly snatch all of the saints to Heaven before the Great Tribulation). But the more Ive read and studied Scripture the more I am convinced that were not escaping before it all hits the fan. And if it is in fact false then every believer who is counting on a rapture will be sorely disappointed and perhaps disillusioned when it doesnt come to pass. The pre-trib rapture position isnt really prevalent in persecuting countries for obvious reasons. Jesus said in this world we will have tribulation (John 16:33). The wrath we are delivered from (1 Thess 5:9) is Hell, not the wrath of the antichrist. We will be here and be overcome for a short while by the beast (Rev 13:7). The judgment of Rev 9 will not fall on the saints (Rev 9:4), which means we will be here to see it. God tells the saints to leave Babylon in Rev 18:4, so all of this means we will still be here for it. And if the restrainer of 2 Thess 2:7 is the Holy Spirit, meaning the Holy Spirit is removed from the earth before the Great Tribulation, then nobody could get saved during the tribulation like in the Left Behind book series since it is the Spirit who convicts and reveals the Lord to people. Jesus said he who endures to the end will be saved (Matt. 24:13), not he who endures until the rapture. Rev 7:14 refers to saints who came out of the Great Tribulation, which in Greek means they passed through it and did not escape. the 1 Cor 15 and 1 Thess 4 passages quoted in this video are about the last trumpet, the last day since the dead are raised. It cant be about a pre-trib rapture. There are a number of other passages as well but I would happily, joyfully, ecstatically be wrong about this. If we get out of here that much quicker, I will raise my hands like the brother in this video and shout YEEAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
