She was extremely rude to me, and made some disingenuous remarks about my ethnicity. Now I dont want compensation, I dont expect an apology, I would just like to see this behavior stopped so other customers dont feel attacked and seen as less than when were just calling to answer some simple questions. This hurt me a lot, but I dont blame your company or even management. This one just one anti-Semitic employee, and I would appreciate it if you reprimanded Samantha Faulkner in some fashion.
