Hypnotic Progressions hails from Argentina and Pavlin Petrov hails from Bulgaria. Both countries are full of talent in the electronic music underground and Diego and Pavlin are two of the most highly regarded up and comers. This cross Atlantic collaboration has turned our remarkably well as Twilight has a lot to offer diehard progressive house fans. Cool beats and an ominous atmospheric backdrop lay down some sultry vibes early on. As the drums slowly get added into the mix the atmosphere gently grows and with it comes a lovely array of trippy electronics which trail through the mix. Delicate sweeps lead into the short drop where vibrant low end textures and a cinematic soundscape provide the perfect amount of anticipation for the beats to return. The hazy, psychedelic soundscape continues to grow over the second half of the record where the subtle pads and elegant sweeps deliver a tasteful conclusion. A fabulous collaboration from Hypnotic Progressions and Pavlin Petrov which also includes a wide array of remixes from AquaAdro, CJ Art and Loquai which all provide their own special magic as well.
