https://youtube/watch?v=LO2Rx8YlSWY This is a very well directed, very neat short film that actually gets the visual aspects of its source material right. Problem is..? It doesnt make -any- sense in the context of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Like... At all. None. Absolutely none. It has -all- of the visual elements, nails the art style, and to a point how Deus Ex should feel in action. But um. *spoilers* So why is the guy with the cigar in charge of sarif stuff. Why is Megan being processed for Hyron. Who is this Federova wannabe cause she aint federova. Why is this boxguard so different. Dafuk is in the box megan has. What is even the plot. None of this really makes any sense. Its like someone watched a muted playthrough of Deus Ex, took all the action, snored through the cutscenes, and looked up brief descriptions of the characters. They got some things right and it looks cool as hell. But none of the story is right. Hell very little makes sense. Which sucks, because Deus Ex makes -all the sense-. Well. It looks cool at least.
