Adam Tatums of Chattanooga is NO outstanding citizen and he does have a criminal history with LEOs. At first, he appears to be uncooperative and is not complying! BUT, does he deserve this vicious thrashing delivered with steel batons by the Chattanooga Police? Later, he needs surgery and suffered a broken leg. Watch him limp! CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Approximately six minutes into federal inmate Adam Tatums encounter with Chattanooga Police June 14, security cameras recorded an exchange that epitomizes both, Tatums argument that the force officers used was excessive, and two former officers claims that he was resistant and uncooperative. Our complaint puts that at about 200, Tatums attorney, Robin Flores says. 200 individual blows.
