https://youtube/watch?v=QSFRqC2C8MI Hey guys theres not gonna be a meeting this Sunday as I have a soccer game and none of the other club officers will be on campus to lead the club in my absence. Also, its reading days so I doubt many people will be around anyhow. As for Tuesday, the ARC will be having shortened hours that night so the Movement Room should technically be closed at 8. I dont know if any Group Fitness classes are going to be in there so if theres nobody there then well just go at an earlier time. Ill post on here as that date approaches with more details. Heres a link that I thought was pretty cool because it shows just how effective jiu-jitsu can be on someone who doesnt know anything about it. This guy has 4 years of wrestling experience and all of that goes out the window once the instructor pulls guard. Check it out.
