As seen in the video link above, Hagee advertises a book that he wrote, and with the book he tries to prove that Jesus wasn’t the Messiah, that Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah, didn’t come for the Jews, and claims that because of a covenant that the Jews have with God, it is a “waste of time” to try to convert the Jews to Christianity. These statements made by John Hagee are blatantly contrary to what is stated in the Bible. Let’s look at five different scriptures, all of which are King James Version. After watching this video and reading these scriptures you can decide for yourself. Luke 2:26-32 26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lords Christ. 27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law, 28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, 29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: 30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, 31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; 32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. John 4:25-26 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. John 10:22-30 22 And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. 23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomons porch. 24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. 25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Fathers name, they bear witness of me. 26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Fathers hand. 30 I and my Father are one.
