You can also heat the nail & then use the floss - thats the method I use :) Of course you dont have to use the floss picks - you can also use an orange stick to just push it up and off. I think the picks make it much easier though - thank god for pinterest ladies and all their wonderful ideas! The other method you can use is soaking them in acetone and them removing like regular polish. This way does work but I dont advise it simply because it is really hard on your nails & the skin around it. (the coconut oil however, keeps your beds and tips moist & healthy!)
