https://youtube/watch?v=txVobiezSRo Falling Man Video with my introduction.... Should you ever visit Dubai Mall, located at the base of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, you will most likely pass by a unique work of art, and, if art is intended to “move” us, then, I believe that this succeeded in me. It is a full four story tall watery masterpiece set among exclusive Restaurants and Shoppes. Years ago, this imagery might have reminded me of the cliff divers at Acapulco, or water sport athletes in the Olympics, but not so much now, for as I filmed this video, I faced the personal reality of the fate of fallen man without intervention. By living and working in Arabia now for almost three years, my consciousness of the massive percentage of people who have never heard of the pure Grace of Jesus has increased. Straightforwardly, anyone and everyone’s entry to heaven is dependent upon trusting in Christ’s substitutionary death on the Cross. Convictingly, others must hear of this love. While stationed at the foot of this art, I discerned that God had placed within me an atypical shopper’s attitude, not like where one swings by the mall and picks up a few wants and a gold watch before trekking into Nepal. Instead, He has given me a longing to be involved in kingdom ambassadorship, so that others in my swath through life may know Christ. This “Film For Life” was not solely inspired by this “moving art in Dubai,” but, more inclusively, was from Him who takes residence within, causing me to reconsider Fallen Man, and how to love him. To me, this art represents the synchronized masses, both fallen and falling, those without Christ, those without Hope, and I humbly acknowledge, those without us, toward whom are called to go. Please notice the timing of the footage as man moves upward with the help of "Him, Who will keeps you from falling." As an addendum, the book of James says, “What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works?” Can that faith save him? For so long many have only looked at the final “him” from this verse as being only us, meaning our salvation must be by our works, which we should well know is not true. Yet, we do need to have works of faith toward others to be effective in representing salvation to them, or, otherwise, "Is our faith not dead to them?" KA
