I had the priveledge of studying under Dr. Seaman for the botanical medicine coursework for my mastes degree. He is a wealth of knowledge, and you wont regret spending 40 minutes listening to this interview! My regular patients will hear Dr. Seaman echo much of what Ive told them before. Further, the interviewer, Dr. Chris Martenson is the former CEO of a fortune 300 company. He has a PhD in chemistry, and has turned his back on western lifestyle to instead pursue a life of homesteading in the country with his family. Dr. Martenson runs an awesome channel on YouTube that talks about the economy, health, and pursuing prosperity instead of growth in a world of finite resources. I you have a YouTube account and subscribe to channels, Id highly recommend Dr. Martensons.
