i also experienced this! when suddenly the car in front of me pull up to the side n the driver pointing at u mumbbling something, i ignored then he drove pass n kept broking my way. I was lucky, there was a traffic police in front of a junction, i stop by the police n he dared to stop too, he told the police i had knocked his car, police advised me to lodge a accident report, i drove off n he would not dare to follow me at all! When i finally went to report police that night, policeman said he never lodge any report, so that shows i did not knock him at all! I have no idea police takes any effort to get him with the car plate number i provided.
