i can truly say ive done this and i pray for ppl i that have hurt me or try to hurt me,,ive learned alot from my grandfather over 4th of july weekend im done getting mad and up set,,i asked my pap about anger because all these yrs ive never once NOT ONCE seen him up set,,he said to me well dear,it dont do anygood,it dosent change the problem or fix it so why bother (he laughed as he said) so ive been doing good with trying not to get up set :)
