i cant believe we are at our last destination here in australia. it is called rose gums wilderness retreat and is situated amid pristine rain forest on private property. each cabin is in a treehouse in the rainforest canopy. we did a day hike to the platypus pools and a twilight hike to the 600 year old rose gum tree. i am in love with this place and trying desperately not to ruin the last 2 days of the trip by mourning the fact that i have to leave. sigh.
