i did not know until earlier but today is Suicide Prevention Day. i do not know anyone personally who has actually died from a suicide attempt but i do know some friends who have tried and ive personally struggled with it deeply twice in my life. i know how much it sucks to lose someone close to you or someone you know. just not to suicide, but i do want to raise awareness to suicide, and that it CAN BE PREVENTED if you step off the high hat and talk to someone who is down, or stand up to someone who is being a bully to someone else or maybe even yourself. SPEAK UP FRIENDS! if you are struggling with serious depression/suicide talk to someone or call the Suicide Prevention Line 1-800-273-8255. Depression is a real thing and Suicide can be its aftermath, but IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE! if you are feeling down. feel free to message me or we can meet up and talk (even if we arent particularly close), and please dont feel burdened by telling me your problems because i wouldnt be writing this if i didnt want to take MY TIME to TALK to YOU! i dont want to see anyone suffer and i dont want anyone to deal with those deep inner demons like i have because it is a dark scary place. even for the strongest willed man. talk to someone. make conversation. we all need a shoulder to cry on time and time again!
