.... i have to Thank Vistaprint for having such an amazing customer service! Adopt4Life ordered 2 banners and stands for the November 15th Adoption Resource Exchange ... however, when the banner arrived the quality was far from excepted... hence the banners never went up. I told myself id connect with them once the November storm had slowdown... well, that was this AM ! one month after receiving the banners... ... i wrote and informed them of the quality and our disappointment... and kindly... they have apologized, no further question asked and have submitted reimbursement.. This is what i call excellent after sale service... and thanks to this gesture... this will not have lost a customer and gain a few promotional spot on my FB !!
