i have to say (knock on wood) I thought cross fit may be too hard on me, but seriously, my body is feeling so good, I am not experiencing the constant back pain, neck pain and headaches that I never seemed to be able to get relief from, I have been doing crossfit 3 months now and getting regular (usually weekly) adjustments with Matt and primal chiropractic. This week I was not able to get my adjustment, and everything still feels tip top. Shoulder pain is still a hinderence but I actually was able to do over head presses in an ass to grass squat position with an actual weight bar, that was quite an accomplishment for me, the monkey bars were my down fall today, how can you do something one time and not the next is a mystery..but I have learned when you push forward and when not too..thanks for the great coaching today and everyday CrossFit Akron 5 am class!
