i just found something in the nmc code of practice it says that a nurse must have your permission to carry out care or treatment examination so if anyone out there has legal knowledge does this mean we can refuse an examination by a dwp if we ask what qaulifications she holds it also says in their code of conduct they must treat people with integrity and not comprimise health so can we refuse a medical if we think it could exshasurbate our condition, surely given the proof of how many died and were reinjured then we could ask why bma gmc and nmc are not pulling there nurses and drs out as we speak or do they have the clout of a cowardly lion from the wizard of oz how many dare exercise their code of conduct on the DWP
