i just spent and hour telling the rbc rep from back east that i have not missed a payment let alone two. i have paid all nsf charges as well and he is telling me that for $50 i can get back on track. i get paid on the same day as my payments are due. i walk in to the bank and physically pay my bill and they have got it wrong yet i can not get them to admit they have made a mistake. i hope that they fall into a tremendous client drop. i have spent well over a few extra payments by paying for their mistakes. I PROMISE THAT WHEN I HAVE FINISHED WITH MY LOAN THAT I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
