i need some suggestions! m living in a teachers quatr wid my family. we r staying in d first floor. and there is dis another teacher who is staying in d ground floor and he starts smoking weeds at nyt frm around 11 and continues it till 2-2:30 am. d smell of cigrt is more or less tolerable...... bt weed stinks....besides my nephew whos only 8-9 mnths old is staying wid us.....nd its bad for him as well... . i told mom to tell him not to smoke weed- but its a bit awkward situation for mom to warn/forbid her coleague who is a matured man....... besides he can smoke in his house-ryt! so wat possible steps can actually make him stop smoking weeds or at least can make him smoke it outside d house?? any suggestions?
