i read somewhere that Mr Malema said that when people see Pres Zuma on the ballot paper they should tell him to ask his cattle to vote for him. I have no idea why politicians enjoy confusing people. In this country we do not vote for people in national and provincial elections, we vote for political parties. The inclusion of a leaders face on the ballot paper is merely to assist in the easy identification of each party alongside its name and logo. This shallow debate that people should not vote for a certain leader does not help to advance public knowledge of our electoral system. This is how its done: Vote for the ANC. See? We do not tell people what not to vote for, we tell them what to vote for and explain why they should vote for us instead of why they should NOT vote for others. Thats the difference between a mature political movement and wannabes! *lets debate this but with tolerance and maturity.
