i tried to go to whole foods tonight. it was closed. due to the protests in oakland today. i was sad i couldnt get my food treats, but thought was was pretty cool the civil unrest caused the big ass whole foods to shut down. i realize my driving out of the way and not getting what i wanted to eat is in no way shape or form anywhere CLOSE inconvenience of what is going on for people with dark skin and police. so PLEASE fellow white people and fellow other people too. dont get mad when these protests interrupt or inconvenience your day. let it remind you people are fighting for equal rights. if you can bless the troops for all they do over seas to protect you, you need to thank the people in the streets here fighting for their own freedom and rights.
