i want to talk freely,i know the structure will tell me of communication channels but the truth must be Told so that they dnt repeat the same mistakes over and over. 1.in the Youth part if u are not from WSU unitra is hard to penetrate to the views of the committee observing&evaluating the 2013 youth services were dominately conducted by WSU Unitra.question maybe zama had a privilegde in being more involved since is also WSU.bt if u coming from KSD FET Cicira the are very slim chance to participate i know your debate would be they had never testify. Asking for a person to pray from the floor.does not require them to testify,yes maybe when u want assurance they u would consider,but what if the person is shy by nature how then you break into her/his silence if i choose u because i know u since i have seen u in the campus, 2.i believe youth service is there to develop all the Gifts&build confidence in a person.now then if u say u want the gyst did u know the powerful preachers when reviewing their first sermons are like this verse was not relevant but they were never discussed but were prayed for&pruned till they discovered themselves. yes this year it happens that im scarced in youth services but im interested in seeing the practicality these diverse Institution being utilised without favoratism. 3.I last question u would say asibazi nje but im sure bona bayazana...... Penetrate to their world&understand the shape of each institution in order to address their challenges equally.for example Cicira has diverse time duration courses.then u will know&cater according to that.and understand why at times they leave without attending ......................................................................
