i was contacted awhile back by a fan in Egypt who could not get a book shipped to him. he had a friend in town and asked if he could somehow get a copy of HEART LIKE A HAMMER to take back to Cairo. after speaking with the young man on the phone i invited him to house to pick up the book and i have to say, i had a wonderful short chat with him and ended up including a couple of hand typed signed pieces for him. i have traveled extensively. so much, in fact, that most times i feel more at peace conversing with a foreigner than a next door neighbor. there are more good people in this world than you could count in a lifetime. onward, Michael
