i wonder which youths...devolution has been amilking cow to the sharp politicians who are using it to enrich themselves....youths are getting nothing....eg....we know the central government is going to retrench thousands of youths because the wage bill is too high..we also know that the same youths who were in government jobs in different ministries....are now combined in one...a simple example is are secretaries...some ministries have three or four from merged ministries but counties have gone ahead and employed other people ...favourites ...supply jobs have become history....we have cabinet secretaries from county levels to national levels ..speakers ...etc...70% of county budgets are used to pay people salary ...30% or less developments and not fundamental developments like roads ,security etc..70% of county budgets benefiting less than 1,000 and less than 30% to the millions...its crazy....higher taxation not even mentioned UNLESS WE GET OUR FACTS RIGHT,DEVOLUTION WILL LEAD TO THAT YOU ARE SCARED OF....
