i would like to give a shout out to my twins who turned 18 years old today..... to my son HASSSAN you are big tall and handsome target, a target for success and you are destined to be a victim of right choices, and excellent decision making... you are destined to ride in the back seat of car with a partition between you and the driver, but it will be a limo of your choice on you way to your a presentation of your latest invention... you will succumb to the belief that the sky is the limit for you are made from the best of molds... so mote it be... to my daughter HASSANA you are destined to be a statistic, yes you will be one of the teenagers to who accomplishes graduating college at 19.. you will be one of the black females who, chooses to rise of the stereotypes, who dare to be different, but different in a way that keeps you a lady and advances our culture and society in general.. you are destined give birth, but birth to positive creativity, thought provoking literature and ideas. finally you are destined to be one who truly understands what it means to be the best that they can be.. so mote it be... love you both...
