iF OP wins dhis case will be on technicalities dont c any way out here, even if he claims error in persona he had a direct intention to kill a human being. I really really suspect dat he will be out on technicalities come next year, putative defense not even reasonable on dhis. Even though did not have a direct intention to kill Reeva, may her soul R.I.P he had a direct intention to kill whoeva happen to be dhere(intruder) taking into accounts of number of shots fired n proximity of distance. wat do u think ?
