iKaaz is looking for a Customer Support Executive. The position is based out of our Bangalore office. He/She shall be the face of the company towards the customers. Currently this position is for Kerala market. And the person should be fluent in English and Malayalam. The position requires good communications skills. The responsibilities including attending customer calls and resolving them immediately. If the problem needs escalation, the person needs to coordinate with the Operations and then finally the Engineering teams to get it resolved. Please note that this role is very crucial to us as we believe in happy customers.
