iOS 8 pretty much ruined my iPhone5. Almost nothing is working right and the phone keeps freezing and shutting down. I had zero issues when I upgraded to iOS 7, but this time it really sucks. Super laggy when it it is working, even with the core phone stuff, like searching through contacts or text messaging. Beware if you are thinking of upgrading. Also, iOS 8was supposed to extend battery life, but it would appear to do exactly the opposite.
