if you really want a great result, you need to put it all on the line and go for it. Which leads me onto the launch of my new 12 week winter transformation program. Starting next Thursday 18th September, and finishing 16th December ( youl be in amazing shape just in time to hit the Christmas partys) I have teamed up with another personal trainer on this project, ex body building champion Dan Norman. So if your not afraid of hard work, this is what were offering. Monthly Meet up ( it doesnt matter if you cant make this, well be recording it) Well go through your programs, your nutrition plans, and anything else we think you need to know to really get the most out of each phase of training. Daily coaching- well be setting up a private Facebook group where you can expect myself and Dan to be on your case each day asking how your getting on, giving you little tips and additional advice on how to get through the challenges youll face doing this. It will also be a chance for you to ask us questions. Weekly phone calls ( or skype) every week youll have the opportunity to skype us and let us know how your getting on, and if you need help with anything. Meal plans, nutrition tips, motivational advice and much much more. This is not a generic program, everyone will be working to their own level, no matter how fit or unfit you are. We will be constantly adjusting your program and nutrition as we go through this in order to make it specific to you and help you get the most out of it. But better than all of that, an actual real result that you can feel proud off. Ive also booked a specialist photographer to come to the gym at the end of the program, so youll have a treasured keepsake of what you managed to achieve (this is included in the price) This is what 99% of people who go to a gym can never hope to achieve. They just dont have the knowledge that youll get with this coaching program to achieve a significant result. But before you apply, this is what we are looking for. You can be male or female, age 16 to 49, You must.... Be able to get to a gym at least four times a week. That gym must have some free weights ( you must be able to squat and lift heavy things) Be confident that you can push yourself when we are not there in the gym with you, theres just no point doing this otherwise. Be willing to hold yourself accountable, we dont want to hear a ton of excuses as to why you couldnt get to the gym today or why you didnt stick to your diet. Up for it?
