im hoping i wont b sick by monday so i can get back to the gym and start my new workouts which are monday barbell box lunges calve raises then some st abs along with side bends then crunches and chin up Tuesday db press then butter flys over head tricep ext then lying rear lats and chin ups st abs and then finish off with push ups wedensday back raises st abs chin ups shoulder shrugs barbell delt row then finish off with crunches then thursday will b body weight day so thursday will b close grip push ups leg raises crunches til i cant do anymore plank and run im ready
