in one of my post i indicated that the SC could not chart the course they had chosen on this contempt highway. yes i still stand by this as it is evidently clear that justice was suffered for peace in yesterdays trial of Sir John and Hopeson. yes that to the largest extent, one MAY say was the right thing to do under the circumstance.... permit me to do a purely hardcore law analysis though not a lawyer by the books of law but by the laws of the BIBLE, by this, i do not synonymise the two or disjoint them as entirely unique. for what has happened where the SC has used a lot of discretion in the trail of contempt cases rather than push for a law, a more coded law that takes the power from the individual judge to the law so the law does not suffer abuses. on this line i think the SC has done what it can not do well or attempt to sustain. yesterday the matter was tried in camera for us to have a say, what somehow i think affected judgement to the affirmative. how about tomorrow when there shall be no cameras, when same or similar discretion could apply, when inspiration could be sourced by lower court judges from this SC case, when equity and fair trial could be dearly sought for because some judge sitting "his somewhere" could invite even me to his court to justify why i should not be jailed for what i have written today. where would you and i mean you be to pray the court to temper justice with mercy or allow for proper procedure and fair trial. Ladies and gentlemen of our land, i sincerely think this SC petition has offered us the most valuable opportunity to sneak into our culture a fully nurtured democracy and rule of law. ****my worry; those who went to jail and victimized.****my frustration; what really is the way to go when speaking on matters that must be spoken to though already in court? ****my fear; anybody could be cited for contempt by any judge regardless and dealt with discriminatingly under the ambit of discretion. **## now my inspiration; fear that verdit on 29th could slaughter justice as a sacrificial lamb as an attornment for fear of mayhem that peace may prevail, an ideology that is not sacrosanct in upholding PEACE.**##
