in the news.. well uncle sam, it seems has the right to monitor you. including all electronic and pysical survylance. thirty years ago (or so) you had to get a warrant to tap a phone. and they had to state what they were listening for. ask nixon. nowadays "electronics" covers it. we can get your computer, phone, calculator, or seven speed blender. and dont have to say what they are after. just stuff. its for your saftey. i have "heard" of nato operations in other countries where the door was kicked in , house searched, occupants photographed. the occupants were "rumored" to be heads of or parts of a political party. could that be called physical survelance? if so your current laws would allow it? i mean they are just listening to your phone. and you have nothing to hide? your civil rights are erroding. and over half of america is letting it happen. when your door gets kicked in will you care?
