inShare The administration knew there would be problems with Obamacare before the rollout but they hoped to skate by as issues began bubbling to the surface following the in October 1 rollout, Republican strategist Karl Rove said on Fox News Sunday. These problems are going to continue, Rove said. These problems were known in advance, and they hoped to skate by them. He said while the Department of Health and Human Services estimated 20 percent of Americans would lose their healthcare coverage in the wake of Obamacare, some studies show the number as high as 50 percent. Thats going to be rolling out over the next year, Rove said, adding the cost of the program is going to be upside down.
