incredible hearing the Diesel blow its Horn and the Steam train blow its whistle in Australia beside each other on the track .... when I was a boy in Canada staying at my Uncle Bob and Aunt Edes house on there farm at High Bluff Manitoba I would be laying in my bed which had a feather tick mattress with a feather comforter it was -40 outside and the house wasnt heated at nite accept minimal to keep things inside from freezing the trains tracks ran a 400 feet from the house i would listen to those steam trains blow there whistles as they went by the house and I would fell so alive and happy in my bed what a beautiful sound as the sound spread across the Canadian prairie its great to be alive and life is so beautiful ..
