In the thick of the battle of some of the challenges of life such as keeping an organisation going, it can get a bit dispiriting. Dealing with fear and shame is sometimes hard, covering up would be an understandable response, but not always the right one. This weeks Torah reading relates to the moving story of Jacob, his fear, shame, withdrawal, perseverance and ultimate triumph.
