is extremely frustrated.... I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 1st.. it arrived on December the 8th and was available for pickup but to my surprise, it was not at the post office and they had no clue what I was talking about despite the fact that i had the papers with the tracking/shipping info on them. So everyday since then, my mother and father in laws have been checking religiously for the gift, which is for Corena, and yet they have nothing. I have contacted the sender, the USPS and our local Post Office, still nothing. Today I go due to the receipt of an email saying that my package was delievered at 3:46 pm yesterday... when we were ALL out of town watching the MS basketball teams play... so no one was here that had a key to get the slip out, but the postmaster is adamant that someone picked it up over the counter yesterday afternoon.. So if anyone received a package by mistake, from the childrens place, please return it to me... my little girl is so excited about her sparkle boots... I hate that she isnt going to get them.. and plus I want to go show the postmaster just what an idiot he is.. not only is he rude, but he did not want to help me and just treated me like I was stupid.. I know its the busy season, and I am greatful for all of our postal workers.. they truly do have a hard job, but seriously?? come on.. its your JOB.. if you dont like it, then dont do it.. there are lots of people out there that could do his job much better than him.. I am sorry you were busy at lunch time and alone working, but you still should take the time to treat your customers with respect.. if not, then go home and do a job that involves no customer service.. For all of you that do your job and do it well.. THANK YOU!!! you are appreciated, its just the little people who give everyone else a bad name...
