. . . is kind of in hibernation, like a caterpillar in a chrysalis or cocoon, like a bear in a den, dreaming of spring. Not doing much in regards to parties, and cards and presents. If those are forthcoming from me, they shall be more likely in response to yours, or belated along a timeline of 12 days or 8 days or whatever. I love you all. I send you greetings for the winter solstice, and all the mellow holidays of resting, delegation, resting, and future renewal. I will perhaps be meeting occasionally, locally in the San Francisco bay area who have the luxury of taking time off for a midwinter vacation, like normal people are supposed to have, either because of underemployment, employment with benefits, or indolence or whatever. But mostly I shall be taking it easy and keeping busy doing little tasks and chores that may help to make my life more functional for the new year.
